Yesterday's fix was insufficient and we continue to see a slightly elevated rate of video disconnections primarily in our US East region. We are still seeking the root cause.

We're still seeing slightly elevated rates of video disconnections in our US East region. Our engineers are continuing to investigate the issue.

Between approx 17:00 UTC and 19:00 UTC some users may have observed a higher rate of interruptions/disconnects to audio/video on Gather. At this point, A/V has stabilized, but our engineering team continues to monitor the situation.
